Job summary

HMH is seeking a field service professional to install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair software-driven control systems and equipment offshore. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to work long/irregular hours in an offshore environment.

The successful candidate will document all services, stay updated with product and safety bulletins, and coordinate with the service manager and SAM for parts and support. Medical fitness for offshore work is required.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Willing to travel frequently and work long/irregular hours; offshore environment.
Medical fitness for offshore work.
Proficiency with technical concepts and good communication within the team.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair software-driven control systems.
Document services in field service technical reports.
Stay current on Product and Safety Bulletins.
Establish and maintain good working relationship with client personnel.
Coordinate with service manager and SAM for required parts, materials and support.
Advise modifications or upgrades to HMH equipment.
Supervise sub-contracted personnel.
Provide training to internal & external clients.
