A leading company seeks a Technical Support Engineer for medical devices to provide installation, maintenance, and technical training. With a focus on customer satisfaction and good interpersonal skills, candidates require a relevant diploma and 3-5 years of experience in the field. Willingness to travel and a Class 3 Driving License are essential.
Performs installation & provides basic technical training when necessary for medical devices.
Plans for warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits.
Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure services are up to date.
Provides support to Sales and Marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, projects etc.
Deliver high quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation.
Complete on-time monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts.
To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities as required by the company.
Requirement
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biomedical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry.
Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a Class 3 Driving License.
Willing to travel within Singapore region and able to perform standby duty when required.
