Field Service Engineer (MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - West/up to $4500 #HAO

Salary: up to $4500 + 1000 transport allowance

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: One north

Job Description:

Technical Tasks:

1. Performs installation & provides basic technical training when necessary for devices
2. Plans for warranty and corrective repairs / maintenance visits
3. Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure services are up to date.
4. Provides support to Sales and Marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, projects etc

Service Operational Tasks:

1. Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country
2. Deliver high quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation
3. Complete on-time monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts.
4. Ensure the local service team data hygiene and hours tracking are timely input.
5. Make constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs
6. Participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities as required by the company
7. Any other additional duties deemed appropriate by Service Manager.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar with min 2 yrs of relevant experience in medical device industry
