Job Description:
Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients
Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements
Job Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer etc.
Working in semi-conductor industry, especially printed circuit board or packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage
Person who can work independently and willing to ask for support
Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines
Japanese speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Japan HQ and Clients
