Field Service Engineer (Lab Equipment) Life-science MNC

Our client is global leader in Life Science Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Field Service Engineer to be part of their Engineer Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Duties of Field Service Engineer:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments at customer sites.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including urgent regional/global travel when required.

• Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and maintenance.

• Assist in service contract proposals, tracking, and customer support coordination.

• Maintain accurate service records in the CRM system and generate post-service reports.

• Work closely with commercial and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotations as part of a global technical support network.

• Support engineering projects and provide technical feedback for product improvements.

• Mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Adhere to safety standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Life Science related

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Comfortable travelling overseas when required
