Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engr II (BMS) to support service operations at customer sites, meeting safety and performance targets. Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience with BMS, FAS, CCTV and security systems
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT
• Ability to manage self and assist others, including contractors, safely
• Ability to plan and manage projects to meet milestones, budgets and deadlines
• Willingness to adopt digital tech, AI and data analytics to improve building operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and lifecycle support.
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams and subcontractors for service delivery.
• Manage service workload, performance, customer communications, and financial forecasting.
• Support digital transformation using Data Analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Assist pre-sales activities including technical surveys and solution recommendations.
• Assist Field Service Leader in planning customer and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper design, configuration, commissioning, maintenance of BMS, FAS, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.
• Continuously enhance knowledge with emerging digital technologies.
