Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in technical support.
• Ability to travel within Asia Pacific and South East Asia.
• Mechanical experience with engines is advantageous.

Job description

• Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project
• Provide after sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers in a timely manner to ensure that the product is operational.
• Ensure all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized
• Provide specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors
• Maintain close working relationship with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to travel in the Asia Pacific and South East Asia Region
• Prior mechanical experience with engines (MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo) will be advantageous
