Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute vibration analysis, in-situ balancing, and laser shaft alignment services across various industrial sites.
- Perform advanced ultrasound inspections and condition-based assessments to ensure machinery reliability.
- Perform on-site installation, testing and commissioning, SAT/FAT for vibration monitoring systems (VMS), motor current signature analysis (MCSA) units, and related diagnostic technologies.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and troubleshooting for rotating equipment and mechanical assets.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports, including data interpretation, fault diagnosis, and actionable recommendations.
- Present findings confidently to clients, management, and technical teams, providing clear insights and reliability solutions.
- Prepare Method Statements and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents, and provide technical guidance on predictive maintenance practices.
- Ensure work quality, compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities, including procedures for work-at-height, confined space entry, and hazardous industrial environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and reliability initiatives within client facilities.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant field experience in condition monitoring, vibration diagnostics, and machinery health assessments.
- ISO Certified Vibration Analyst Level 2 or above is required.
- Experience with ultrasound, MCSA, and other predictive maintenance tools is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience in process plant, manufacturing, or power generation environments.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License required; willing to travel for on-site work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with vibration analysis software preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
