Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of front-end automated semiconductor equipment at customer sites

• Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance, reliability, and efficiency

• Adhere to work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements; maintain accurate service records and reports

• Deliver technical training to customers’ engineers and technicians to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment

• Undertake other duties as assigned by management to support business and operational needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines

• Customer-oriented with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, with a positive attitude and a strong team spirit

• Demonstrates initiative and commitment in completing assigned tasks

• Willing to travel overseas for work assignments, training, and support
