What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific application needs and provide expert technical guidance

• Conduct in-depth product research and analysis to identify the most suitable bearing solutions

• Prepare detailed technical proposals and specifications to address customer requirements

• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting to ensure successful product implementation

• Liaise with the sales and engineering teams to coordinate product delivery and installation

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services

What we're looking

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Field Service or Technical Sales Engineer in the industrial bearings or related sector

• Excellent technical expertise and in-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles, particularly in the area of industrial bearings

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify tailored solutions for customers

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
