Responsibilities

- Repair, maintain, and install imaging, analytical, and testing equipment in the Semiconductor Industry and Research Institutions.

- Provide technical support for the company's range of products to customers.

- Offer training and address customer inquiries regarding equipment operation.

- Maintain existing accounts through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.

- Prepare quotations, service contracts, and training materials for customers.

- Complete and submit field service reports.

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, end-users, and company personnel.
