Job summary

Qnity is seeking a proactive engineer to promote products and coordinate demonstrations with Account managers. You will engage in CMP pad projects, provide on-site demos, and deliver after-sales technical support to drive product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a engineering degree, 2+ years in the semiconductor field (CMP a plus), fluent English, and strong communication skills. Office tools proficiency is expected, and flexibility to handle urgent field cases is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in engineering related field.
• At least 2-year work experience in Semiconductor industry; CMP field is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with office systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JMP and AI.
• Good communication skills and a disciplined, self-motivated team player.
• Ability to handle multiple and challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Product promotion with Account managers by providing product introduction, demo coordination and technical suggestions.
• Project engagement of CMP pad with customers by supporting on-site demo and after-sales technical customer service.
• Product performance issue resolution and troubleshooting by communicating with internal stakeholders and customers and to drive for quality improvement to meet customers’ expectations.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships and intimacy.
• Deep dive in market trend, customer intelligence and competitive landscape.
• Flexible working hours to support urgent cases at customers’ site.
