- To support on-site operation of automated assembly lines when needed.
- Perform equipment preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment related issues, including diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Collect data to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Perform on-site installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Perform FAT and SAT for equipment buy-off.
- Generate field service reports.
- Adhere to site safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines is welcome:Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering/Automation Engineering.
- Experience with automation is an advantage.
- Able to cope with dynamics and high pace environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in hands on work.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Able to travel to US / having US Visa is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding on equipment setup, installation and operation, including electrical debug and precision mechanical alignment.
- Ability to interpret 2D / 3D Mechanical and Electrical drawing.
- Proficient in hands on work and familiar with the use of hand tools, dial gauge, torque tool, multimeter, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC, vision inspection (Keyence, Omron, Gocator) and motion control are highly advantageous.
