Field Service Assistant Engineer (FSAE)

Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 + $100 (Transport allowance) + $40 (Mobile allowance)

Location: Tampines

Job Summary:

The Field Service Assistant Engineer (FSAE) will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to field service teams
• Supporting Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test
• Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory
• Completing service documentation in proper format and by due dates, including timesheets, service/repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
• Ensuring proper storage of engineering documentation—drawings, version history, scope documents, RFIs

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITE Certificate in Instrumentation, CPT, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Instrumentation
• Good knowledge of machine operation and construction
• Experience handling high vacuum equipment, pumps, chillers, and compressors
• Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
