JOB DESCRIPTON
- Sales & Merchandising: Execute planograms, maintain stock levels, rotate products for freshness, and ensure strong in-store visibility.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with store managers, address issues quickly, and provide excellent product knowledge and support.
- Sales Growth: Secure orders, upsell and cross-sell products, and work consistently towards sales targets.
- Promotions: Implement promotional campaigns, monitor display setups, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Negotiation: Secure prime shelf space, negotiate displays and pricing strategies, and maximize promotional visibility.
- Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on competitor activities and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Communication: Document store visits, report progress regularly, and participate in performance reviews with the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE 'O' level with at least 2 years working experiences preferably in FMCG companies.
