Job description

EMT is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide critical support to our Field Sales and Service teams. In this role, you’ll manage CRM systems, ensure accurate order processing, and deliver reporting that drives operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company systems, primarily Customer Relationship Management (CRM), to support the Field Sales and Service.
  • Facilitate Sales and service order entry and revision with extremely high levels of accuracy
  • Perform opportunity and order management activities on behalf of the sales and service groups
  • Perform order entry for orders received from key house accounts and provide recurrent reporting
  • Support field Sales and Service in the region with regard to opportunity, quotation and order management and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.
  • Screen all orders against corporate and applicable federal export compliance and regulatory policy and techniques
  • Verify order completeness and readiness for entry into the system of record
  • Assist with verification of inventory records and assets assigned to the sales region
  • Assist with generation of reports and analyses from company systems
  • Make arrangements for local sales-related events and activities
  • Assist with campaign lead entry and management in SFDC
  • Perform internal inside sales tasks, as required
  • Other projects and assignments, as required
Professional Skills / Experience
  • Previous experience (2-5 years) with an global data CRM, preferably SalesForce.com
  • A degree in a technical discipline or business education is a plus
  • Former experience with Sales data analysis and / or Financial data analysis is preferred
  • Excellent command of the basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
