You will be responsible for conducting in-depth field and online research to identify new customer segments, industry trends, and competitive insights. Generating leads through physical field visits, surveys, and online tools/platforms will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to initiate outreach efforts via calls, emails, and in-person visits to connect with potential clients and interact directly with them to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements. Presenting products and solutions to potential clients with confidence and clarity during field visits is crucial. Additionally, conducting face-to-face meetings, tracking discussions, and following up until conversion is achieved will be part of your responsibilities.Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the market will be essential. You will also need to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients post-sale. Having a strong understanding of all product features to effectively address client queries is important. Moreover, contributing suggestions to enhance sales strategies and lead conversion efficiency, as well as gathering insights through surveys and customer feedback for service improvement, will be expected from you.The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, field-readiness, and a willingness to travel regularly. Good analytical and observation abilities, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Basic knowledge of sales funnels and CRM systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and internet research is expected. Candidates must be open and available for field visits and client meetings across assigned territories.You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any related discipline.
