Responsibilities and Duties:
- Key point of contact for Client’s Restaurants / Business Consultants / Business Manager
- Develop thorough understanding of customer operations and ordering system
- Maintain positive relationships with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates to clients on problem resolutions
- Key contact for Restaurant management for any restaurant-related concerns. Work with Operations and Transportation team to provide solutions
- Conduct regular Restaurant visits and document in tracking spreadsheet
- Track customers' concerns, explore and document solutions
- Promote and assist in implementing projects/changes with the customer on site (e.g. ROP/delivery schedule)
- Develop and execute plans to improve offload rates, delivery readiness, order preparation or other issues affecting results to meet customers’ expectations
- Ecosima planning for new Restaurant. Attend site meetings, document all the relevant dates (project hand-over, test products & 1st delivery)
- Monitor and maintain Ecosima, consistently re-evaluating Restaurant ordering vs storage especially those Re-model Restaurant
- Assist transportation with route changes and Restaurant communication
- Review customer requests for any change of delivery cycle
- Co-ordinate development of monthly correspondence to Restaurants
- Co-ordinate new Restaurant opening
- Handle customer feedback timely and effectively
- Conduct yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey, tabulate, and present results of the survey
- Support festive (e.g. CNY) sales peak additional delivery cycle arrangement
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or operational requirements. It is a developing role with client’s input
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum Diploma in business management and/or logistics management
- Proven experience working in 4PL or 3PL logistic operations ideally in a similar food distribution service environment to optimize distribution centre efficiency
- Quick response & on-site problem resolution
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve delivery issues in real-time to prevent operational delays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment responding to emergencies at restaurants island wide
- Compliance with Food Safety & Regulatory Standards
- Knowledge of client specific food safety protocols to maintain quality from distribution centre to restaurant location
- Proficient in Autocad is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills, in addition to being a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Possession of a valid class 3 driving licence is a plus but not mandatory
- Does not require company sponsorship to work in Singapore
