Job summary

MSI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT support professional to drive AFC device software evolution and production rollout. You will gather requirements, design, and develop bus/rail fare collection devices and support 24/7 hotline duties.

You will analyze problems, resolve software issues, and contribute to operational improvements while maintaining safety and service standards. Freshers welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Experience handling IT support services and vendor management is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for customers via helpdesk, phone, email or ticket.
• Manage incidents, changes, escalations and system maintenance.
• Support SOC/NOC operations and 24/7 hotline duty on a rotating basis.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop SOPs for troubleshooting and project processes.
• Improve operational quality through process redesign and best practices.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Provide management with data trends and operational insights.
• Keep up with professional development and industry publications.
