Job summary

SHOPPERPLUS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Field Force Merchandiser for Blackmores SG. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, FIFO inventory, and maintaining merchandising standards across stores. Role requires ability to carry 15kg, English communication, and island-wide travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' Levels.
• Detailed and organized with good time management.
• Able to communicate and understand English.
• Able to carry around 15kg of items.
• Willing to travel island-wide.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch points.
• Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check.
• Maintain product hygiene & cleanliness.
• Adhere to merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure perfect execution & HQ compliance with ownership.
• Maintain good relationships with outlet personnel.
• Conduct quality visits and implement standard processes.
• Flag urgent issues for immediate solutions.
• Set up, price and maintain displays for promotions.
• Oversee POSM deployment & disposal.
• Accurate field data collection on OOS, freshness, and promo compliance.
