Job summary

SUCCESS TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to ensure our products are well merchandised across retailers in Singapore. You will visit outlets daily, build strong relationships with store staff, and execute in-store plans to minimize stockouts and optimize product facings.

You will collaborate with retailer teams on promotions, space planning, and data reporting, while staying agile to cover diverse locations and seasonal campaigns. This role demands physical effort and travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar merchandising role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Ability to lift and move stock and stand for long hours.
• Willing to travel to various locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Visit daily assigned retail outlets and locations in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain rapport with store managers and staff.
• Coordinate with retailers to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Learn and understand store SOPs and ways of working.
• Coordinate with retailers on activities such as promotions, space buy, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
• Execute merchandising, displays, and promotion/trade plans according to merchandising standards.
• Replenish stocks from backroom to shelves as needed.
• Assist to optimize planograms and improve product facings.
• Propose and execute in-store promotion plans when opportunities arise.
• Monitor and report on competitive environment of products.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
