Glints TalentHub helps businesses hire and manage remote talent without setting up local entities, through Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment and payroll services. Glints TalentHub supports companies hiring across the region and globally.
The Role
Glints TalentHub grows through trust – the brand companies recognise, the rooms they are in and the partners they listen to. This role sits at the centre of that engine, building our presence and relationships beyond digital channels so that more of the right companies meet us, trust and partner us. You will help shape and grow our partner and event ecosystem, with room to propose ideas, run with them and see the commercial results. This is a starting role for a fresh graduate, with real ownership and strategic exposure.
What You Will Do
- Own a partner portfolio: research and shortlist channel and event partners (payroll providers, HR-tech platforms, consultants, associations, communities, venues), reach out, and nurture them in the CRM, building the partner base that feeds the commercial business.
- Create with partners: propose and co-run hosted events, referrals, webinars and joint content that put us in front of our ICP.
- Run events with the team: once partners are in place, plan and deliver dinners, roundtables, sponsored events and trade shows, with support from marketing and sales.
- Turn interest into revenue: build guest lists with sales, capture leads, keep our brand consistent and follow up fast, so attendees and referrals become meetings and proposals.
- Measure and improve: track cost per lead, meetings and pipeline for each partner and event, share what to repeat, and bring ideas for new partners, formats and markets.
What We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field.
- Hands-on exposure to events through internships or campus committees is a plus.
- A self-starter: you take initiative, propose ideas and follow through without waiting to be asked, and you ask for help early.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to keep several tasks, partners and timelines on track.
- Comfortable with outreach: you enjoy talking to people and following up with partners, guests and vendors.
- Commercial curiosity: you care about meetings and pipeline, not only attendance.
- Fluent in English, with clear writing for outreach emails, follow-ups and short decks.
What You Will Learn And Gain
- Real ownership of a partner portfolio and a share of the pipeline it generates.
- Direct exposure to Sales and leadership, so you see how partners and events turn into revenue.
- Freedom to propose ideas, test new partners and formats, and see them through.
- Practical experience in B2B partnerships, event logistics, brand presence and co-marketing.
- A portfolio of partnerships and events you can show, with results.
- A growth path toward Field Marketing or Partnerships roles.
