You will engage with senior sales, services and channel sales leadership in Red Hat to define, prioritize, and implement marketing plans for Singapore.
You will develop field marketing campaigns and programs while collaborating with partner, vertical, and CxO marketing teams across ASEAN and APAC to achieve business goals in Singapore.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive range of regional field marketing tactics, including flagship events, virtual conferences, targeted nurturing by industries, persona and demand generation campaigns. The primary focus will be creating awareness, demand and conversion for Red Hat solutions.
You will manage the field marketing budget with a focus on efficient planning and responsible spending. Overseeing agency support for events. Collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI, using insights to optimize future performance.
What you will bring:
8+ years field marketing experience designing, creating, and delivering strategic marketing initiatives in the technology space.
Matrix organization working experience across multiple countries and cultures.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results.
Creative problem solver and resourceful in meeting marketing program goals to grow market share across all product segments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
