Position: Field Marketing Manager/ Up to $8K/ Kitchen Equipment/ APAC/ East

About the Role:

The Field Marketing leader is the champion of the product line in APAC. In close collaboration with the global product marketing teams, the position holder provides all required internal and external product trainings to sales teams, channel partners, and key customers. S/he supports sales teams in lead generation and conversion as appropriate. Internally, s/he serves as focal point for regional feedback on product features, performance, and positioning vs competition to the global product marketing and product management organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as expert for the respective product line in the region externally and internally; Answer all product usage and performance related questions from the commercial teams, serve as key contact point of the global product line teams.
  • Responsible for product map for all range of the holding products, and associated product management tasks. Improve strategies to drive product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, plan and deliver product training programs for external and internal personnel. Product trainings to internal and external commercial teams.
  • Tactically support sales team (internal and external) in lead generation and conversion by delivering product demos, product trainings, supporting key account activities, etc.
  • In collaboration with regional service, sales and marketing teams monitor product performance and customer satisfaction and develop and implement improvement strategies including delivery, quality, warranty and technical support.
  • Product pricings for the region, oversee production of price lists.
  • Support field trials by ensuring appropriate training of all involved participants.

Specialized skills and abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of relevant product category and applications.
  • Experience in training and service area in foodservice equipment or related industry would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of regional commercial process, incl. sales, marketing, distribution development and stakeholders.
  • Excellent training and communication skills, ability to address different audiences.
  • Solid analytic skills allowing to perform and interpret data analysis.
  • Familiarity with key concepts of product performance, customer satisfaction, pricing analytics.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with different audiences quickly.
