We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Excellence Program Manager to support the APAC GTM organization in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless execution of key sales programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and business operations within a dynamic, high-performance tech environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and an eagerness to learn about GTM strategies, project management and business operations. You will work closely with senior Program Managers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to help streamline workflows, track project milestones, and contribute to data-driven decision making
The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global development program for Early-In Career talent who aspire to become the next generation of NetApp Leaders, Sales Professionals and Technical Pioneers.
The S3 Academy focuses on helping top talent reach their full potential by providing an initial 90-day training program in USA. The training immerses participants in the software, systems and cloud technologiesthat are helping shape the world today and tomorrow.
1. Project & Program Support:
• Assist the FE team in planning, tracking, and reporting to sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Help maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support the creation of dashboards, presentations, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
2. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance Program Management processes.
• Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks and best practices for project management.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and visualization to support decision making.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to ensure alignment on key projects.
• Help facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth execution initiatives.
• Support change management efforts by assisting in training materials and documentation.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Extract, clean and analyze data to generate insights on project performance, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reviews on the progress of sales programs and initiatives.
