About the role

The Field Engineer is a rewarding role with opportunities for career progression.

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop preventative maintenance plans
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• Preferrable with knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol

In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.

• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.

• IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
