Job description

Role: Field Support Engineer (NTT)

Location: Island Wide

Duration: 3-month contract (extendable 1-2 months)

Job Description:
  1. Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, including diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems.
  2. Support end users with MS Exchange Email and Outlook client-related issues.
  3. Collaborate with L2 / L3 Engineers to resolve user issues.
  4. Track user-reported issues and report back to the central team daily.
  5. Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  6. Possess good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange Email, and Outlook Client.
  7. Require 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a System Integrator (SI) environment.
  8. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  9. Exhibit good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers.
  10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  11. Excellent customer management skills.
