• Conduct site surveys, equipment setup, installation, testing, and maintenance of network devices, including servers, firewalls, switches, access points, UPS, and server/domain services.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors on related matters.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and handle replacements when required.
• Deliver field support, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and site recovery.
