SGS Testing & Control Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Engineer (M&I Meter) to support calibration, maintenance, and client coordination at sites. You will work under the Senior Engineer, ensuring job scheduling and execution while complying with company policies.

The role requires a technical qualification in engineering, willingness to work on-site, and strong communication skills to engage with management, suppliers, and clients in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Engineering or related technical qualification.
• On-site safety and quality procedures proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Calibrate, verify, and test flow meters and provers to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and set up calibration equipment at sites or workshops.
• Record calibration data and observations for traceability.
• Assist in scheduling calibration and maintenance jobs.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm scope and schedule.
• Support on-site work by allocating resources and managing logistics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct basic mechanical repairs as needed.
• Adhere to HSE policies and safe work practices.
• Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and fabrication activities.
