Female Customer Care Executive for Luxury Studio
    Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients, increase bookings, and drive revenue growth. Prospect for potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Conduct sales consultations, showcasing the value and uniqueness of our photography services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business while maximising profitability. Execute promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Understand client needs and preferences, tailoring services to meet their expectations. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in ENGLISH & Hindi, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the photography industry or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, mainly Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for operations and sales management.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with clients, especially mothers of children.
