Role Purpose:
The role involves ensuring smooth and cost-effective resolutions for a variety of FD&D claims, while building and maintaining strong relationships with Members and brokers. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with different functions like P&I Claims, Loss Prevention, and Underwriting. You'll also be involved in preparing reports, assisting with audits, and supporting business development activities.
Your key accountabilities will include such other duties and tasks as allocated to you at the discretion of management that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post.
