Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate bookings with customers, principals and shipping agents to ensure smooth handling of FCL export shipments.
Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and cargo manifests, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Execute daily shipping operations and transactions accurately and timely.
Identify and implement process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize shipping workflows.
Use MS Office applications and relevant system software to support shipping operations and documentation management.
Apply interpersonal and customer service skills to foster teamwork and positive stakeholder relationships.
