Job summary

A leading property management firm in Singapore is looking for a Fault Property Officer to manage a team of Technicians and oversee daily building M&E services. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of services and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A Diploma in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years customer services experience.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of in-house Technicians for day-to-day building M&E services.
  • Develop and implement preventive/corrective M&E maintenance.
  • Provide technical knowledge to resolve site issues.

Job description

Job Title: Fault Property Officer (ID1663)
Location: Punggol
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri 2.30pm – 10pm, Sat 7am – 5pm (alternate Sat)
Basic Salary: up to $3200

Job Description:
• Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services and manage contractors doing maintennace of Soft Services ( Cleaning , Pest control, landscape, security etc)
• Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
• To provide technical knowledge and advice to the Team to resolve any site issue. To respond and compile fault cases and highlight any major issue to managers.
• Oversee sub - contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations if needed. Manage minor A&A works M&E /facility-related repair and replacement works.
• Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
• Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled.
• Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.

Requirement:
• Diploma / Higher Nitec in Facilities Management, Building Management, M&E, Engineering, or any equivalent
• At least 2 years customer services experience
• Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft application.
