MSCENTS HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. invites driven individuals to join a 12‑18 month fast‑track Sales & Management Trainees program in Singapore. You will learn the business from the ground up—from front‑line sales to team leadership and operations.

Successful trainees progress toward leadership roles with structured mentorship, training workshops, and regional exposure. Base salary is SGD 2,600–4,000+ plus commissions, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Singaporean / PR or valid work pass required.
• Sales experience is a bonus but not required; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Learn products, services, and sales methodology through hands-on training.
• Engage with customers/clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Drive revenue through B2B/B2C sales activities and client relationship management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in market research and business development initiatives.
• Mentor and coach new team members.
• Lead a small team and assist in daily operations, reporting, and performance management.
• Learn to manage recruitment, training, and team building.
• Assist in campaign planning, strategy, and P&L understanding.
• Represent the company in client meetings and business presentations.
