Responsibilities

Service Crew

• Prepare both front-of-house and back-of-house areas for daily operations.

• Perform duties at various stations, including service, kitchen, and cashiering.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas, including stewarding tasks.

• Assist in managing shift operations and ensuring smooth store practices.

• Address customer inquiries and ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Kitchen Assistant

• Oversee daily food service operations to ensure meals meet nutritional and statutory standards.

• Supervise meal preparation, ingredient handling, and meal distribution processes.

• Conduct regular quality and quantity checks on cooked and uncooked food items.

• Assist with kitchen duties, including ingredient preparation, unloading supplies, and dishwashing.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization by storing items properly and adhering to food safety standards.
