Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities/Mechanical Maintenance professional to support operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems and services in Singapore.

You will assist with facilities management, coordinate with contractors, monitor maintenance activities, troubleshoot mechanical/building service issues, and participate in project coordination and site inspections while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Building Services, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or Facilities Management.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering operations or project coordination advantageous.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
