Position : Retail Sales Associate / Senior Retail Sales Associate

Reporting to : Sales Supervisor

Working location : Changi Airport, Singapore

Working hours : Duty Roster Shift hours

Job Summary :

We are looking for competitive retail sales associates to help customers identify and purchase products (Fashion) they desire. Sales associate duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day duties in retail outlet to ensure smooth operation

• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service; effective selling of both the products and the brand.

• To build strong rapport with customers to achieve sales target

• Achieving store’s monthly sales target

• Ensure the relationship with clients is of top-notch service

• Cashiering

• Attending Brand training

• To do regular visual merchandising / display to enhance overall shop and design appeal.

Requirements:

• Passion for Luxury Retail will be advantageous

• 1 years of retail sales industry is preferred.

• Customer service oriented and able to commit to retails shift hours (Between 6.00am to 1am, including weekend and Public Holiday - Rotating Duty Roaster )

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• English is a must

• Willing to work in different outlets locating in Changi Airport
