Job description

As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of the shop while engaging with and managing customer enquiries. You must also strive to generate sales and contribute positively to the brand.

Responsibilities :

1. Visual merchandising for the brand, administration, and records of daily sales, as well as shop operations.
2. Inventory and customer management.
3. Content creation for the brand on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
4. Help to generate sales and contribute to the brand's performance by thinking long-term, working as a team, and promoting the brand.

Work Schedule: 5.5-day workweek.

Requirements:

1. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).
2. Social media and tech-savvy.
3. Good organizational skills and discipline.
4. Customer service-oriented.
5. Hardworking and willing to learn.
