Job summary

KKV Singapore is seeking Store Crew members to deliver excellent customer experiences and support daily store operations across our locations in Singapore. You will assist shoppers, maintain tidy shelves, and help keep products fresh while working as part of a friendly retail team.

Join our rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals. This hands-on role offers training, career growth, and a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ’N’ Levels / ITE or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (POS, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, delivering excellent service.
• Support monthly sales targets and maintain shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and merchandising standards.
• Prevent loss by staying vigilant and reporting suspicious activity.
• Manage samples packs and aid stock replenishment.
