Job Title: Fashion Photographer/Videographer

Location: Malad, Mumbai (Only Mumbai Candidates)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and dynamic Fashion Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fashion photography and videography, with an impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in e-commerce visuals, Instagram Reels, and campaign shoots. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and editing high-quality visual content that elevates the Tajore brand, drives engagement, and boosts online sales, demonstrating cinematic storytelling, visual aesthetics, and strong photographic composition.

Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Visual Production: Plan and execute product photography and videos for online platforms, ensuring accurate representation and dynamic showcasing of garments and accessories. Maintain consistency in lighting, styling, and composition. Manage high volumes of content efficiently.
2. Instagram Reels & Short-Form Content: Conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging Reels and short videos to promote products and enhance brand identity. Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand strategy and trends. Use creative techniques for visual storytelling.
3. Campaign Production & Cinematography: Develop creative concepts for campaign shoots, including studio and on-location work with a cinematic approach. Work with stylists, models, and creative directors to achieve desired aesthetics. Capture compelling high-quality footage aligning with brand goals.
4. Post-Production: Perform advanced editing, retouching, and color correction using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Organize digital assets for streamlined workflows.
5. Creative Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorming and conceptual development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and trend relevance.
6. Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot photography and videography equipment to ensure readiness for shoots.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion photography and videography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in e-commerce, Reels, and campaign production with cinematic and high-fashion style.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and stabilization gear.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends and visual storytelling principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
• Experience with studio management and cinematic lighting setups.
