Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is looking for a friendly Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our store at Raffles City Shopping Centre in Singapore.

The role focuses on assisting customers with outfit selection and delivering warm, attentive service. You will handle daily retail tasks such as cashiering, fitting room service, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Shifts run 10:00–18:00 or 14:00–22:00, with at least 3–4 days per week including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outfit selection and provide warm, attentive service.
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Share product knowledge and create a positive in-store experience.
• Handle daily retail tasks including cashiering and fitting room service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and storeroom management.
• Assist with general retail duties to ensure smooth operations.
