As a Creative Head - Fashion Designer at HOP (HOUSE OF POKARNA), you will play a crucial role in leading our design team and shaping the creative direction of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall creative vision, ensuring it aligns with the brand's aesthetic and resonates with our target audience. Your innovative mindset and exceptional leadership skills will drive the team towards success while contributing your own design expertise.Your key responsibilities will include:- Creative Direction: Develop and execute the brand's creative vision, maintaining consistency and alignment with our aesthetic and target audience.- Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fashion designers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.- Trend Forecasting: Stay updated on current fashion trends, emerging styles, and market demands to translate them into commercially viable designs.- Concept Development: Conceptualize and create original designs for various collections, from initial sketches to final prototypes.- Design Execution: Oversee the design process from concept to production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.- Fabric and Material Selection: Research and select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials considering quality, cost, and sustainability.- Garment Construction: Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment construction techniques and pattern making.- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive product development and brand messaging.- Budget Management: Effectively manage the design budget for cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.- Presentations: Present design concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and potential clients.- Team Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities.- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences and identify growth opportunities.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.- 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion design, with leadership experience.- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity.- Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD Corel Draw, etc.- Proficiency in AI app executions.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the brand's aesthetic.This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 30k to 35k.
