  • Translate creative concepts, moodboards, and briefs into cohesive seasonal or capsule collections
2. Product Development & Technical Execution
  • Develop detailed tech packs including sketches, measurements, construction notes, trims, and fabric specifications
  • Collaborate with pattern makers, sampling teams, and factories to refine fit, function, and wearability
  • Review samples, conduct fittings, and drive iterative improvements toward production readiness
3. Fabric, Trim & Performance Consideration
  • Select and develop materials suitable for athleisure use (stretch, moisture-wicking, breathability, durability)
  • Ensure designs align with performance requirements, comfort standards, and cost targets
  • Support sustainable or responsible material choices where applicable
4. Commercial & Channel Alignment
  • Design with e-commerce and DTC presentation in mind (silhouette clarity, styling versatility, color stories)
  • Align designs with global market needs, size ranges, and pricing architecture
  • Work closely with merchandising and brand teams to ensure strong product-market fit
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with brand, marketing, sourcing, and supply‑chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and on‑time
  • Support lookbooks, line sheets, and product visuals for internal and commercial use
Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of experience in athleisure, activewear, or lifestyle apparel design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating apparel and/or accessories designed for commercial scale
  • Solid understanding of fit, construction, and performance fabrics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (technical flats essential); familiarity with PLM systems is a plus
  • Experience working with OEM / ODM manufacturers, ideally across Asia
  • Understanding of global sizing, grading, and production constraints
Mindset
