Job summary

A leading fashion company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to develop new customers and manage orders. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in apparel customization and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of at least 1 year of experience in apparel customization or corporate gift line.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and acquire new customers from given and generated leads.

  • Manage and coordinate orders to ensure they meet client specifications.

Job description

Job Scope

  • Develop and acquire new customers from given and generated leads.
  • Attend to customer's enquiries and prepare sales quotations.
  • Liasse with relevant parties (e.g. factories, suppliers, sub-contractor, etc.) for fabric sourcing, sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery
  • Manage and coordinate orders to ensure order are up to client specification.
  • Assisting with order processing including receiving, processing and reviewing customer transactions and service enquiries received by phone and mail/e-mail; includes rectifying customer problems within ability or passing problems to higher authority.
  • Relaying campaign and pricing information to the sales team and providing quotations, samples and product literature to customers on request.
  • Assisting in the selling process through customer education and direct personal contact.
  • Learning all aspects of products sold including the ability to demonstrate to clients where appropriate. specification
  • Maintaining sales statistics and records of customer sales performance and incentive payment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of at least 1 year of experience in apparel customization / corporate gift line
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / associates and our China factory.
  • Good writing and communication Skills.
  • Possess basic knowledge in garment Fabrication & knowledge in corporate gift manufacturing
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizations skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Good working attitude, proactive, independent and self-motivated individual

Our Fashion Designers are required to front face customers to recommend clients on their design concepts to provide professional insights.
