Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore is offering an internship focused on fashion content and eCommerce shoots. You will assist with model and product view shoots, coordinate with the creative content team, and help manage the shoot calendar and asset delivery.

The role requires a diploma or higher in fashion media/design/marketing, a strong portfolio, proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Able to commit at least 3-6 months internship
• Undergoing Diploma and above in fashion media, fashion design, marketing or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Complete portfolio showcasing styling skills and experience
• Possess PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in software programs including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Deadline driven and ability to multi-tasks concurrently

Responsibilities

• Facilitate model and product view shoots and ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget
• Align, coordinate, and work closely with the creative content team
• Manage the weekly shoot calendar and products across eCommerce platforms ensuring all resource needs are met
• Track schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problems
• Coordinating logistics
• Assist in creative content and marketing efforts
• Maintaining project budgets, quoting and estimating
• Maintaining the organization of incoming billing, receipts, vendor and invoices
• Support stylist in a variety of tasks related to the development of eCommerce shoots
• Assist in internal product upload schedules and working closely with internal teams to ensure all products go live within the given timeframe
• Assist in managing wardrobe/props etc.
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior
