Job summary

InternSG is seeking an Ecommerce & Marketing Intern to support daily order processing, product listings, and content creation for social media platforms. You will collaborate with the team on campaigns, influencer outreach, and brand shoots, gaining hands-on experience in running a modern fashion ecommerce business.

You will be involved in both ecommerce operations and marketing activities, with mentorship from the founder and creative team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, or Design or recent graduate.
• Strong writing and visual sense; scroll-stopping content.
• Willing to learn fast; positive team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ecommerce Operations: daily order processing, packing, logistics coordination.
• Update product listings and images across website and marketplaces (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
• Track inventory and assist stock management.
• Provide basic customer support via email, chat, and social media.
• Support Marketing & Social Media: content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; schedule posts; assist with influencer outreach and campaigns.
• Update website banners and product info using Shopify; analyze marketing and sales data for trends.
• Participate in brand shoots, showroom setup, and events as needed.

Ecommerce & Marketing Intern (Immediate)

What You’ll Do

Ecommerce Operations

• Assist with daily order processing, packing, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Help update product listings and images across our website and marketplaces (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee,).
• Track inventory and assist with stock management.
• Provide basic customer support via email, chat, and social media.

Marketing & Social Media

• Support content creation (photos, videos, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule and post content to keep our social channels active and engaging.
• Help with influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and newsletters.

Website & Brand Support

• Update website banners and product info using Shopify.
• Assist in analysing marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in brand shoots, showroom setup, and events where needed.

Who You Are

• A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Design
• Passionate about fashion, design, and ecommerce.

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or willing to learn fast.
