About the Role:
This role supports People & Organization planning and operational development, with responsibility for compliance matters across the Ferrero Asia Pacific region (FAP).
Main Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company guidelines, monitor headcount and cost planning for budget and estimations, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Define, plan, and monitor budgets with stakeholder coordination.
- Perform monthly checks on plans and variances.
- Provide guidance on procedures, data analysis, and check runs.
- Manage budgets related to salaries, insurance, benefits, and other costs.
- Identify cost trends, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Support functional processes and projects, consolidating data and assessing cost impacts.
- Ensure data quality and generate reports on plans and variances.
- Lead operational development of the People & Organization function, seeking process improvements.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
- Maintain alignment across clusters regarding People & Organization activities.
- Act as the key contact for regional providers, e.g., insurance providers.
- Monitor and manage compliance matters, including remediation, based on applicable laws (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
- Contribute to audits and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff and management.
Who we are looking for:
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- International or multinational experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of applicable laws, including data privacy and protection.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Excellent process and project management skills, with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
- Multi-tasking, problem-solving, proactive, and effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
