Position Overview
The role primarily involves handling daily accounting, payment and collection tasks, and filing requirements for non-Chinese companies registered in places like the Cayman Islands, BVI, Singapore, and Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company records for a portfolio of Singaporean and overseas holding companies
Track shareholding structures, capital movements, dividends, and inter-company transactions
Coordinate with corporate secretaries, accountants, and legal advisors on compliance, filings, and resolutions
Prepare simple financial analyses and cash flow reports
Organize, translate, or review company-related documents (e.g., board resolutions, investment records, shareholder agreements)
Maintain secure and confidential records, both digitally and physically
Assist with ad-hoc personal or corporate financial tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Background in finance, accounting, audit, or corporate administration
Excellent command of both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with china team mates)
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive documents securely
Calm, steady personality with a strong sense of discretion and integrity
Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, cloud file systems (e.g., Dropbox, Notion)
Prior experience in family office, corporate secretarial work, or private wealth management is preferred
Familiarity with cross-border taxation or international entity management is a strong plus
