Job summary

The candidate will be responsible for month-end closing, financial reporting, and supporting audit and tax compliance. • Responsible in month end closing, financial reporting, tax & audit matters
• 6 Months Contract/ Extendable/ Convertible
• Min Degree with 3-4 years of Accounting & Finance experience in Financial industry

• Basic Salary up to $ 6,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and oversee outsourced accounting providers and monthly financial reports
• Support audits, tax filings (GST, ECI, corporate & trust tax), and statutory compliance
• Reconcile cash balances, investment valuations, and intercompany transactions
• Support investment operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, and trade execution
• Assist in banking operations, payment processing, and treasury management
• Maintain accurate document and record-keeping systems
• Coordinate with external service providers (banks, tax agents, auditors, etc.)
• Participate in ad hoc finance projects and initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in audit, accounting, or a family office environment
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and investment products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a hands-on approach to finance systems and data reconciliation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement
