Family Chauffeur (5.5 days)

• Safely and efficiently transport the Managing Director/CEO and their family to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, and social events.
• Responsible to transport the children to and back from school/lessons/training.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks.
• Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduled maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users. (No demerit point)
• Sending to and picking up from Airport on required hours. (May be off working hours)
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Managing Director/CEO's personal and professional affairs.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate the Managing Director/CEO's schedule and any changes or last-minute requests.
• Communicate effectively with the Managing Director/CEO and their family, ensuring clear understanding of pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including regular checks and minor repairs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.
• Working hours is 5.5 days a week, inclusive 1 hour lunch break. (Flexible).
• Working hours from 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, half day 7am -11am on Saturday, off day on Sunday. (Flexible)
